How To Order

If you are interested in becoming a member of the Canadian Compassion Club online, please e-mail us and we will create an account for you upon determination of your medicinal need.

Once you have been approved for membership, these are the things you will need to know:

  1. CONTACT US FOR MEMBERSHIP AND CURRENT PAYMENT OPTIONS: info@420meds.ca
    ** Do NOT send your payment to the info@420meds.ca address.  If you do, we will ask you to cancel and re-send your payment.  This may cause you to incur cancellation fees, and may delay the shipment of your order.
  2. By completing an order and by giving your Warranty of Medicinal Use to CCC, you are also warranting that you will not re-sell our products.  Our products and services are intended for personal medicinal use only.
  3. Wait for a tracking number from us, and for your medicine to be delivered to your door!


Additional Information

** If we receive your order and payment before 10am Pacific Time, your order will be shipped on the same business day.  There are days when we can fill orders that come in after that time, but it is not guaranteed.  We will always do our very best for you!
* Some exceptions apply (i.e.: substitutions, payment issues, etc).

** Products and prices are subject to change. If necessary, we will notify you regarding any substitutions. We are a medicinal service and will never substitute a product you did not request. We will be in touch with you and allow you to choose your alternates from what is currently available on our menu.

** If you wish to pay using cash or a money order, please contact us (info@420meds.ca) for a mailing address. If you choose to send cash in the mail, we are not responsible if it goes missing. Be sure to use a trackable method when sending us any mail, and keep your receipts until delivery of your medicine is successful. Send us the tracking number if you received one.

** Please allow up to 2-7 business days for delivery. We always do our very best to get your package into the mail on the same business day that we receive your order (if received before 10am Pacific Time, see exceptions above). After that, it is up to Canada Post to complete the timely delivery of your medicine.

** If you require your package to be shipped by Purolator courier, we will need a full STREET ADDRESS – Purolator does not ship to PO Boxes.
